Exec. VP of Operations

Our client, a mid-cap, generic pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Illinois is seeking a Director of Operations for it's facility in Central Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Illinois manufacturing facility that uses aseptic sterile and lyophilization processes in the production of sterile liquid, parenteral, sterile ophthalmic solutions, sterile lyophilized parenteral, and sterile ointment dosage forms.
• Assert and maintain corporate standards/culture of quality and safety, assuring compliance with all processing/manufacturing regulations.

Requirements:

• Full familiarity with aseptic sterile and lyophilization manufacturing processes;
  Pharmaceutical manufacturing management experience
• Experience with the manufacturing of sterile injectables, opthalmics
• Experience with the manufacturing process of generic pharmaceuticals

Compensation:

        Base Salary: $180-200K, 25% Bonus, Stock Options
