VP Marketing & Sales - Process Analytic Division
Overview:

Manage and direct the marketing and sales activities for the Division’s combustion, process, and environmental products and systems businesses on a worldwide basis. Sales volume $80 - $100 million |
Major Responsibilities:
|
1. |
Develop and implement a worldwide marketing plan for combustion, process, and environmental products and systems. |
|
2. |
Develop strategic Corporate relationships, which will enhance the division’s product offerings. |
|
3. |
Maintain market awareness and develop action plans to overcome competitive threats. |
|
4. |
Develop team synergy with field sales personnel, independent sales organizations, and customer support personnel. |
|
5. |
Manage the marketing personnel to meet objectives. |
|
6. |
Determine pricing policy that meets plant and Division profit objectives. |
|
7. |
Develop product line forecast in line with business conditions and Division objectives. |
|
8. |
Provide leadership and direction in product development activities. |
|
9. |
Direct staff to ensure that marketing specifications are consistent with regard to cost, delivery and features. |
|
10. |
Coordinate with engineering to ensure that development projects meet customer needs. |
|
11. |
Assure that all new products meet worldwide approval and / or certification standards. |
Minimum Job Requirements:
|
Education: |
MBA with technical bachelor’s degree |
|
Experience: |
Minimum 8 years of related marketing experience in instrumentation and systems. |
|
Specific: |
· Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, field sales and products / technologies. · Can effectively function in a matrix and team environment. · Above average communication and presentation skills · Approximately 30 – 40% travel required · PC literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products |
